NYS DOCCS Food Orders placed by Friday at 8pm EST are guaranteed to ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Tracking will be sent the day after your package leaves our warehouse.  Thanksgiving 2025 Holiday Delivery NYS DOCCS Food Orders placed by 11/21 at 8pm EST are guaranteed to ship on Monday 11/24. NYS DOCCS 1-Day Facilities will be delivered on Tuesday 11/25- and 2-Day NYS DOCCS Facilities will be on Wednesday 11/26. We cannot guarantee when the facility will release the package to the inmate.
