Shipping Information

Please review the shipping schedule below before placing your order.

Food orders ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure items arrive at the facility in proper condition. Food orders must be received by Monday at 5:00 PM (EST) to ship during the same week.

All other items ship Monday through Friday. Orders received by 12:00 PM (EST) typically ship the following business day. Please note that some footwear orders may experience slight delays in shipping from our Pennsylvania warehouse.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified by email as well.

Shipping time begins once your order has shipped, not when it is placed, as all orders must be processed prior to shipment.
