If an inmate’s information is provided at checkout, the package will automatically be sent directly to the inmate at their respective facility. Please do not provide inmates information if you do not wish to send your package to a NYS Correctional Facility.
A flat shipping rate of $12 is applied to ALL orders EXCLUDING FOOTWEAR.

To place an order by mail, send in your payment with the required information:
Shipping information: Purchaser’s name, address and phone number, Receiver’s name, institution ID#, institution name and address.
Item Ordered: Specify quantity, catalog item #, style, size, color, and price.
We highly suggest providing an alternate selection.
